Booking, Deposit & Refund Policy

Before You Book, Please Read!

Nickey June curates adult-only (21+) workshops, parties, and private sessions designed for entertainment, education, and fully consensual power dynamics. To keep experiences intimate, safe, and well-run, bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit; event tickets are final sale (refunds issued only if we cancel). Private sessions can be rescheduled once within 3 months with proper notice. The full policy below outlines deposits, balances, transfers, cancellations, and conduct. By booking, you confirm you are 21+ and agree to these terms.

Scope: Applies to all workshops, parties, private sessions, and coaching/mentorship experiences hosted by Nickey June. All offerings are 21+.
Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Balances: Remaining balance is due by the deadline stated at checkout/confirmation (typically 72 hours before the event/session). Unpaid balances may result in release of your spot and forfeiture of the deposit.
Refunds: No refunds for workshops or parties unless Nickey June cancels the event. Private-session deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling (Private Sessions): One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 3 months of the original booking date; after that, all fees/credits expire.
Event Ticket Changes (Workshops/Parties): Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another 21+ guest once, with written notice at least 24 hours before start time. Name/date changes are subject to approval and availability.
Cancellations by You:
- Private sessions: Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show will forfeit fees paid.
- Workshops/parties: All sales final; see transfer option above.
Cancellations/Changes by Host: If Nickey June cancels or materially reschedules, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid or a credit toward a future offering. We are not responsible for ancillary costs (travel, lodging, etc.).
Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrival may reduce your session length; arrivals 15+ minutes late may be treated as a no-show at our discretion.
Conduct & Eligibility: We may refuse service, remove participants, or terminate access for harassment, safety concerns, or policy violations without refund.
Payment Disputes: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and recovery of associated fees.
